Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the product is in its original, unopened packaging and securely pack the items to prevent damage during transit, including your RA number inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center for inspection.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
